Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred item and size, add it to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully completed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at houseofkhanyeg@gmail.com.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to assist with updating your shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, House of Khan Collection cannot guarantee address changes and any additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Products & Sizing

Are your garments authentic Pakistani clothing?

Yes.

House of Khan Collection proudly offers authentic Pakistani women's fashion, featuring beautifully designed pieces inspired by traditional Pakistani craftsmanship and modern fashion trends.

What is included in a 3-piece suit?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, a traditional 3-piece Pakistani suit typically includes:

  • Kameez (Top)

  • Trouser or Bottom

  • Dupatta (Scarf)

Please review each product description carefully, as some collections may vary in design, fabric, or included pieces.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes sizing information to help you select the best fit.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and garment measurements before placing your order.

If you need assistance choosing a size, please contact us before completing your purchase. We are happy to help.

Are measurements exact?

Many Pakistani garments are handcrafted and may have slight variations in measurements due to fabric characteristics, tailoring, and manufacturing processes.

Please use the provided size chart as your primary guide when selecting your size.

Will the colour look exactly like the pictures?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Different screen resolutions

  • Mobile device displays

  • Screen brightness settings

  • Photography lighting conditions

These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as product defects.

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Many of our collections are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

If a popular design becomes available again, we will announce updates through our website and social media channels.

We recommend purchasing your favourite pieces while they are available.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout:

  • Canada

  • United States

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Canada

  • Approximately 2–7 business days

United States

  • Approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping service selected

Any available shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

U.S. Orders & Customs

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, taxes, or other government-imposed fees required by the destination country.

These charges are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

House of Khan Collection does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Why are customs fees not included at checkout?

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

Because these charges vary by country, product classification, and order value, they cannot be calculated or collected by House of Khan Collection at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect item was shipped

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, videos, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review your request and work with you toward a resolution.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available during checkout, including major credit cards and secure payment options supported through Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes.

House of Khan Collection uses Shopify's secure checkout system to protect your personal and payment information.

We do not store complete payment card details.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Can I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are not currently available.

We hope to introduce House of Khan Collection gift cards in the future. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our updates to be notified when they become available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, House of Khan Collection may offer free shipping promotions or special offers. Any qualifying promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
