Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During new collection launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Within Canada

• Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer shipping throughout the United States.

• Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs processing.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.

• Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, taxes, or other government-imposed fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

House of Khan Collection has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or guarantee their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions regarding potential import fees before placing your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

House of Khan Collection is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.
